Contract/ Guarantee

Tail docking is not something I normally do to puppies, heelers are suppose to have natuarl tails. If you want puppy with docked tail then you must pick out puppy at 3 days old and put deposit down, and also the cost of tail docking of$50 so a totalof $150 Tails have to be done before puppy is 5 days old. Deposit is NOT refundable on that puppy, and you can no choose another puppy in its place if your not happy with that puppy.Sorry bout that but I dont like to dock tails....
Puppy is to be paid in full before pick-up or shipping. IF paying by check, check must be received 10-11 days before shipping/ or pickup for the check to clear in time. If it has not cleared, we with-hold registration papers until check clears, or puppy is kept until full payment is received. A reservation deposit is required to hold a pup for you. The deposit guarantees you a pup out of the litter you have chosen. This is a first come first served basis.   The Deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind about buying the puppy. The Deposit can be transferred to a different litter or puppy if You change your mind about the current pup.

BE SURE:

When sending a deposit on any puppy,Be sure to contact me as to Your preferences on pups. I.E. male/female, color, personality such as-outgoing, calm, active type, for work or family, current or on a future litter.

Some pups have alot more prey drive and activity level and need more time to work  or just be active. What litter, if any, that you prefer a puppy from.

We guarantee our puppies for 3 days against parvo/distemper,  and 1 year for hips. Liabiltiy is limited to no more than the purchase price of the puppy. We will replace the puppy if he/she becomes ill and passes away during this time. We Must have a vets' note as to disease that caused this problem. 

If your pup/dog has bad hips, as Per a veterinarians X-RAY, we will Replace your pup out of another litter, Or Refund the purchase price of the pup, Up to 1Year of age. Decision is ours.   We do our best at breeding Healthy pups, but sometimes things can still happen. A good Veterinarian can X-ray a dog by or before 1 year of age and tell if the dog is having hip problems. If dog is Bred and/ or Not x-rayed by 1 year of Age, guarantee is null and void...

It is buyers responsibilty to keep pup up on pups vaccinations and wormings after delivery. Any medical expense outside the initial warranty and/or purchase price is at buyers expense.
